SPA RECEPTIONIST / THERAPIST HYBRID

Milnerton - CPT, WESTERN-CAPE (ZA)

START DATE: ASAP / 01 November 2026

REPORT TO: Spa Manager

TRADING HOURS & SHIFTS:

  • Monday – Sunday
  • 09:00am - 21:00pm
  • SHIFTS are allocated & rotated (8-hour standard shift)
  • 45 hours per week
  • Days off each week + weekend (based on operations)

REMUNERATION & COMPANY BENEFITS:

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  1. South African citizen OR valid working permit for employment in SA (we do not offer permits)
  2. Based within the greater Cape Town with reliable transport for day and night shift (we are conveniently situated on a major public transport route)
  3. DIPLOMA achieved Beauty Specialist / Health & Skin Care / Beauty Therapy / Somatology / Cosmetology 
  4. International accreditation from ITEC / SAAHSP / CIBTAC / CIDESCO
  5. Professionally groomed - 5-star appearance - looking the part
  6. Spa Booking Systems confident + Microsoft Office (Word / Excel & Outlook) ESP / Chi-Desk / Zenoti or similar
  7. Receptionist duties experienced in a Day Spa - we require the experience in dealing with high profile guests from around the world, and the locals.
  8. Prior experience working in a Hotel-Spa / Cruise Ship / High-end Salon
  9. Ability to perform a Spa Treatments when operationally required (whilst not commonly required, you must be confident to assist if need be)
  10. Knowledgeable on spa treatments and spa trends.
