SENIOR SOMATOLOGIST

V&A WATERFONT, Cape Town - W-Cape (South Africa) ZA

REPORT TO: Head Therapist / Owner

TRADING HOURS & SHIFTS:

• Monday - Friday 09:00am - 18:00pm
• Saturday 09:00am - 14:00pm

REMUERATION & BENEFITS:

• R15,000 per month BASIC Salary - neg. based on experience & skills
• Treatment Commission 10% (based on seasonal targets)
  
• Retail Commission 10% 

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

1. DIPLOMA achieved in Somatology / Health & Skin Care or Dermal Aesthetics (minimum 2-years based on your professional designation)
2. Must be based in the greater Cape Town with ease of travel into the Waterfront.
3. Beautifully groomed and highly presentable - you must look the part.
4. Confident in all standard Skincare and Beauty Therapies (as per qualification)
5. 3-5+ Years post graduation experience in an upmarket skincare salon environment
6. Experience and confident working with advanced, active, ingredients and within your scope of practice as an Aesthetic Therapist or Somatologist
7. Able to build long lasting rapport with your clients.
8. Team player - however able to run your own schedule and meet KPI's aligned with your duties
9. Confidently prescribe relevant follow-up procedures and home-care regime based on client expectations and requirements
10. Skills required:
    - Beauty (Waxing, Tinting)
    - Skincare & Advanced Facials including Deep Cleanse
    - Micro-needling 
    - Chemical peels
